Pennsylvania House records list Democratic officeholders in District 45 from 1969 through 2026. WESA says the district skews somewhat more conservative than other House districts in the area and calls Kulik the county House delegation's most conservative Democrat. Trello, Kotik, and Kulik each came to Harrisburg after local-government service; each also left a documented pro-life record. That fact pattern—not the party label—is the basis for this conclusion.

THE POINT:District 45 rejected WFP's self-described progressive champion before. WFP now says it is working directly with Bloam to win this seat.

The 58%–42% figure is the rounded two-candidate subtotal from all 63 precincts in the current District 45, using the county's final published precinct returns. WFP's “nearly $25,000” memo and the later $27,517.15 filing describe the same mail program at different reporting dates; they are not additive.
